Johan Van Bers
Johan is an expert on management information and has more than 25 years of experience in international business – working in controlling, computer projects, operations and customer service.
Johan´s achievements include increasing financial and operational performance at leading companies in Europe – especially in situations needing fresh ideas and transparency in the financial numbers. His strengths are his customer orientation, helicopter view and his communication skills that enable him to work with customers, factory workers and board members alike. Johan organized a world class and completely new high tech and high security microelectronics plant in Germany. He was instrumental in growing a market leading consulting and service business in Eastern Europe, and transformed a huge asset based European business by introducing new financial management. Currently Johan is working on the application of smart logistics (using RFID technology) in the automotive industry. Johan graduated as a Business Economist (with majors in Finance & Accounting) from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, holds the title of Registeraccountant (Dutch certified public accountant) and is a Member of the Dutch Royal Institute of Certified Public Accountants (KNIVRA). |
