Pete brings a wealth of experience – his particular strength is achieving results and sustainable change when other consultants have failed.
Pete started his career in logistics, then moved into the telecommunications sector where he quickly rose to a senior management position – as one of the original start up team players of Vodafone, he assisted the company to establish its name, market share after which it went on to be the no.1 network provider for mobile phones globally. For the past 25 years, Pete has managed his own consultancy which specialises in: Business Performance Improvement, Organisational Change, Project Facilitation, Trouble Shooting, Training/Management Development – Pete pioneered a simple, performance management methodology called Performant which transforms organisational efficiency Pete took a year out in 1992 to sail around the world the ‘wrong way' (against the prevailing winds and currents). Now based in Perth, Western Australia, Pete is ideally placed to work with oil, gas and mining projects in Australia and Asia. |
