A £25 M prestigious UK based engineering company in the broadcast sector faced nearly zero growth in global revenue. Management of the company put most resources into product design but even the newest products did not significantly increase their revenue. Revenue oriented processes were established between people in the market and HQ in the UK. These processes had more impact on the business than all investments in product updates combined. Sustainable Value After 6 months, revenue growth in Spain started to grow at 200% per year. Trials based on the Spanish solution were implemented in other countries and gave substantial growth.
