Challenge
A 6 M€ SME in the hardware sector decided to move into the CRM hardware and software market. Money was invested to write a well working software package. After one year on the road, its sales team was not able to sell the combined package. Engagement Cohen & Simons designed the sales processes, added the right sales people, trained the existing ones and stepped into the company as interim sales and marketing director. By making joint sales calls with the existing sales staff we trained them how to organize, prepare and execute sales calls by right example.
